Honestly....sex.
It makes me feel better and more energetic.
Other than that, waking up in the morning before anyone and showering, then having my cup of coffee.

My mommy time is a nice hot bubble bath with candles a nice cold glass of coke and either the radio on playing my favorite CD or a good book.
It is nice to escape if even for a few!

honestly. I dont know. But i think that the best thing that calms me down, is when she is either being watched, or when she goes to bed. Cuz then it's my time. And yes a 4 month old can sleep through the whole night! (she;s been doing it for about a month now.)

I call my friends, answer questions on here (what do you think I'm doing here now?), and going back to school online. I know going back to school sounds like it would be more stress, but it gives me something to work towards for myself (and eventually for my family) and makes me think of something other than diapers, feedings, etc. Plus, getting good grades is such a feeling of accomplishment.

Loud rock music is my big one. Whenever I am alone in the car I crank up the music and it takes my mind off of my stress.

A hot bath and a glass of wine is nice on occasion too!

i agree with a bath and book. however, if baby is screaming in the next room b/c daddy doesnt do it like mommy then get out.

Vodka? No, just kidding. I'd say catching some "me" time, even if that means sitting on the porch outside and reading for a half hour.
