Lindsey Lohan SIKE! I like Haden Penetierre ( not sure about the spelling ) is pretty good. OMG! Josh Hutcherson is so hott and he can act!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not seeing anyone that impressive and I'm under 20. If I have to go with someone though, I guess I would say Haley Joel Osment. I haven't seen any thing recent from him, but as a child and a teenager, he has outstanding performances. I'm hoping he's gonna grow up and be a good man (he's kind of screwed it so far) and gets all sorts of honors and awards. It's possible! Look at Jodi Foster!

Personally, I don't think any of them are that great. Everybody says Dakota Fanning is the best, but I don't see what the fuss is all about

I wouldn't know...there are great actors everywhere just so many and only so few become famous.

Amanda Breslin, in "Little Miss Sunshine" - excellent characterizations and timing.... She has been in several things and was excellent everywhere.
