Is this enough??? I Swim every day for about 30 minuts and i do situps every day.?
How long will it take to get a good shaped body. Nice six pack. I am inshape. Please help!!

Because I don't know how fast you are swimming or your body type, it is hard to tell. Rather that swim for thirty minutes, I would try and go by distance(i.e.number of laps). I find that the best workouts are usually at least 1000 yards, if not more (40 laps in a 25 yard pool). However, because I am an experienced swimmer, I usually swim about 3000 yds per workout with my team in a 1hr 15minute practice.

it varies, but just do as much as you can without killing yourself.

wow i really have to say KatieBabe nailed it. completely. do u want nice abs? (if you know how to) do a complete workout of dolphining (butterfly kick) on your back for 10 minutes and your abs will feel the burn if you do it fast enough. trust me.

don't forget some resistance types of workout ideally weights
