Wait until you regain consciousness, and then make a mental note not to drink so much.

I assume you can't leave the house becasue you can set the alarm? Goos alarms have a backup battery for whe there is no power. This stops thieves from cutting the power and then breaking in because the alarm would no longer be working. Well, i guess that is something you can think about for next time but for today you might be better off just staying home. If you have to go to work maybe you could get someone to house sit for you. If you are bored while at home you could go outside and read a book.

I don't understand the question or rather what it is in reference to. You can't leave because? If you are disabled and need the electricity...you need to call for help from EMS, or a family member. If you are afraid that the electric won't come back on...well it most likely will and things will come back on. So, it's hard to answer the question without more details of why you can't leave? If it's life threatening you may need a back up generator to kick in when this happens. I hope I helped some. Good luck.

since its the middle of the day you should be able to open all the curtains and have plenty of light, so you can do pretty much anything you want? read a book, draw, write a story/poem/letter, play a board game, do a crossword puzzle or suduko.. make something crafty.. do you know how to.. folding paper, sew, crochet, knit? you could always clean something.. but thats no fun..
If your absolutely dying to get back online, like my cousin does in blackouts, you could make a list of things you wanna do when you get back online? or make a list of random things you'd like to do a search for when you get back online..

if you cannot leave and the outside heat starts to build in the house, run cool water over your hands to start to cool yourself... keep a wet washcloth or tea towel handy to use on your face... if it gets warm, swing it around in the air to cool it again without rewetting it.... make a fan for yourself with a section of newspaper or flatten a cereal box..... keep your skin moist with the towels and use the fan to make a cooling breeze.... if this goes on too long, call 911 if you are truely incapacitated and can't leave the house because of physical disability..... they'll help....
