I have a small water dish, and mist him twice daily. i also mist his vegetables. And the humidity level is high. What should I do?

Make sure the water dish is on the cool side of the tank so evaporation will be slower. What substrate are you using? Don't use sand or other loose substrate, as it will hold in moisture and can also cause impactions and hold bacteria. Use reptile carpet, non-adhesive shelf liner, or ceramic tile instead. Try misting him out of the tank.
