I love Harry Potter so here I go....
It depends on whether you mean
the books or the movies.
If we're going for the movies -
then we're basing it on Hollywood's
ideas of the book characters,
and in that case I easily choose
Hermione Granger (Emma Watson).
She's a pretty actress as far as looks
go and from the first movie up until
the fifth she's definitely matured with
her looks and she looked really
pretty at the Yule Ball....
But if it's according to the book series,
which requires us to use our imaginations,
I would have to say it's either Ginny or
Hermione. They're two of the main girls
throughout the series and I think they're
awesome throughout the series.
as for the guys.... I think it's between
Harry, Ron, and Malfoy...
The two main good guys versus the
bad guy....they're all pretty appealing
according to what they all want. (Harry
wins first, of course!)

Considering Hogwarts is in a fictional book, and the characters are not real: none of them are the "best looking."

Hermione is fairly attractive if you go by what J.K. Rowling writes in her novels. Ginny is quite good looking in the novels. There's also the Patil twins who Harry once had a crush on, and Cho as well. I would think either Ginny or Cho, Harry's actually kissed them, and Harry thinks of Hermione more as a sister instead of a woman.

In the books Fleur is described as being the all time best looking. However, in the movies Hermione wins hands down.

Um...I am a girl BUT I think Bonny Wright, the actress who plays Ginny, is a very pretty young lady.
