The Rams are going to end up in a lot of shootouts. They have a weak secondary that is severely lacking in playmakers. Fakhir Brown, Tye Hill, Corey Chavous, and Oshiomogho Atogwe are all fine players, even as starters, but they should all be the #2 cornerback or safety, respectively, with a stronger presence to complement them. OLB is also a weak spot, with Pisa Tinoisamosa on one side and Brandon Chillar on the other. In a division with Shaun Alexander, Frank Gore, and Edgerrin James, this spells trouble.
The Record: 9-7
Expect to see a lot of scores in the 30s for both sides. Haslett's a good coach, but the weaknesses are too exploitable. Still, because of the tiebreakers mentioned on Tuesday in the Panthers prediction, 9-7 will be enough to squeeze the Rams into the playoffs.

I predict they will 10 if the team stays healthy! Everyone is doubting there D, but the reality is they are a top 15 D overall. They have the talent to win as many as 12. I see them winning the division (tie breaker over SeaHawks), being the 3rd team (behind Saints and Bears ahead of Cowboys). They will win there 1st playoff game, and lose a close one to the Saints in the 2nd round! That of course is if there main players stay healthy!

9-7 sounds reasonable and in the NFC I think they will make the playoffs as a wild card team.

depenidng on if stephen jackson and tory are healthy 10 -6 but i say 9-7

the offense is outstanding but the defense just won't be able to hold other teams, as you saw last year losing close games to seattle both on last minute feild goals
