I need the results of recent state inspection on a local nursing home: Alamo Heights Nursing and Rehab in San Antonio, Texas.

Check with your state department of Health. Some states publish the results on the Internet.

If the results are public record or available through a open records request, then you should contact the state agency that oversees nursing homes in your state.

If your looking into nursing homes, make you sure you do alot of research first. If the person can, make sure there are alot of activities, especially physical. Most have pretty bad stigma's attached to them so be carefull and g/l.

Look for the death kill rate for your intend placement for dad or mom.

Maybe with the medical examiner.
