I would say 15-30 seconds. I can do it in 8, but my friends are always saying I'm a fast reader.

For me, not very long since I read a lot; however for some others it may take a long time, especially if they never read, or they are reading in a second language. I AM mathphobic though, so I'll let you try to figure out an average time!
