I think your underlying assumption is that an effective government is the best. May I remind you that Adolf Hitler ran a very efficient and effective dictatorship (similar to a monarchy). In fact, it's not much different than the Bush administration.
A gentle and progressive and ineffective government is sometimes better than an effective monarchy.

Monarchy is the best among them as it is just like running a family business. It is the most direct management which has no abstraction to slow you down. The bad thing is if you were on the wrong way! However, there is always a right way and a wrong way to make a success, so, who cares!

Government like everything else grows in spurts and bounds. I await the introduction of a new form of government, maybe a world wide government that would hold the reins to war and peace, starvation and plenty, water and thirst, quality and quantity. Advanced technology has shrunk our world and it is truly 'Time for a change' in world politics.

The best government would be without the Fat cat republicans.....The poor don't mean a **** to them, all they care about is OIL, MONEY, OIL, MONEY. what about the rest of the American people barley getting by. You don't make the poor richer by making the rich richer. GET REID OF THE REPUBLICANS AND HELP THE POOR...
