Quite frankly, the # of "wins" that an attorney has gotten is NOT an accurate reflection of how good the attorney is. Often attorneys take ONLY the cases they think they can win. A real win is getting what is best for your client, no matter who your client is. Sometimes that means that your client is convicted (though usually of a lesser offense).
