1. Try going to bed and waking up the same time everyday of the week
2. Excercise regularly (30 minutes/day)
3. Eat healthy--- get those fruits and veggies in! Don't eat fast food, and don't consume caffine too close to bed time.

I think your problem is not having a consistent sleeping schedule. Your body needs to be on a schedule or it gets all out of whack. This is why if someone is used to sleeping 6 hours a night and then they sleep 9 hours the next night, they are usually more tired than they normally are. Trying going to be at the same time and waking up at the same time for 2 weeks and see how you feel.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) I would look at your body's ability to process sugar. Your liver, pancreas and adrenals are the trio of organs that manage sugar. Your adrenals also respond to stress. If your adrenals are over worked from eating refined carbohydrates, sugars, caffeine, alcohol or nicotine and/or STRESS it could be causing exhaustion. I would try to find a NTP in your area that has gone to school preferably with the Nutritional Therapy Association or contact a Naturopath with a holistic paradigm.

Maybe you're just not a morning person. Try drinking coffee in the morning. And eat breakfast too. Or before you go to sleep, set your alarm 15 minutes before what it is now, so you'll have 15 minutes to just lie in bed awake to get your energy to build up before you actually get out of bed.

get daily exercise, eat right, make sure to have your b vitamens, stick to a schedule, make sure you get enough hours in before midnight
if you do all of that and still feel like that, talk to your doctor.
also, school is a big problem. it forces you to get up sooooo early so you just can't get enough sleep.
