If you play an instrument, start there. Try listing different things you've learned to do. If you've had a job, people skills, plus whatever else was involoved in the job. Once I had to fill out a form that asked about school clubs. I wasn't really involved at school, so I made little things like helping out the special ed kids during PE seem like a big deal.

You should just write that you don't have any special skills. Your honesty will impress them. BONUS TIP: When you go into the interview, look for the biggest/most important looking guy in the office/pizzeria and punch them in the face as hard as you can. This is the only way to get everyone to respect you right off the bat. Good luck!
