wow. you got yourself in a pickle. okay, use a little soap in really hot water, soak it for a lil while. then dry and use a leather cleaner like Leather Magic. The water moistens the leather to prepare it for the miracles. lol. good luck with your endeavor.

I've been told that hairspray removes ink. Maybe give it a try. Good luck!
