We checked the battery and it is fine. It was running fine this morning when I parked it for work. Any ideas what might be wrong. I haven't had any problems at all.

Could be the fuel pump packed it in. Is it turning over at all? Maybe the alternator or the starter/ ignition. Your sure there's gas? Dumb question but you never know. The gages don't always work precisely.

pull a spark plug put the plug wire on the plug set the plug on the block turn the motor over and see if you are getting spark.if you are then spray starting fluid into air intake and turn motor over see if it fires. usually it is a problem with spark or no fuel to engine . if not then check the timing . it is one of the three ..unless someone shoved a potatoe up the tail pipe... yes this will stop a car from running. no spark tells you its electrical. spark but no ignition is a fuel problem, if you are getting both then the timing is off.

There is not near enough deatils to answer your question.

What do you mean "the battery is fine"
Who checked it? the same person who has no clue whats wrong with your car?

Does it crank?

Does it click?

Does it do anything?

Did you leave lights on?

Unless we are told exactly HOW it is acting when it won't start, we cannot give you a place to start checking.

Get your fuel injectors checked!! What year is it?? If its newer that oh say 1995 or96 its probably got fuel injectors.
Sometimes in the heat, or just due to wear and tear, they get plugged up..... Ask your auto mechinac about it.......
