The first is a linear equation.
The second is not an equation.
The third is a linear equation.

an equation is linear if it matches the equations:
y=mx+b
or
ax+by=c

the first one is linear

y=mx+b
y= 2x+1

the second one...doesn't even have an equal sign!!

the third one is linear beause of e same reason as the first

y=mx+b
y= 9x+3/4
