and I say this from my heart,
as I look in your eyes,
for your forgiveness,
and promise not to hurt you,
like this again.
I don't know what I was thinking,
I was wrong deeply sorry,

the best i'm sorry poem is one from yourself to that person you're sorry too.
i guarentee that if you write your own it will make that person forgive you much faster :)
