To me, it would be a society where ANYONE who wore their pants down below their butt, drove 30 miles per hour UNDER the posted speed, would be immediately taken away by the police and never be seen again.

Suppression never worked. Discussion, learning, teaching, understanding, communication, negotiation and mass education in how it all works. We actually know now what we need, we only have to get it out. Getting to the root cause of the problem and new research has come up with solutions to the what's been unsolved for so long, human nature. In short it's better connection with the Right hemisphere of the brain. Women have ten percent more connection and are somewhat more loving, intuitive and understand emotions better, as a rule. It's considered to be the mind shift of the future and the future is now. If you look into it and get it, pass it on, please.

If you murdered a person, you would have to take your victim's place. You would join the family and provide everything that your victim had formerly provided. All the expectations of the person you killed would be placed upon you. If you intentionally do someone a wrong, you are in their service until reparations are made. This seems to work well in tribal societies.
