Station casinos list employment opportunities on their web sites.

They might have something available, someone has to bus tables in the buffet & or restaurants and someone has to wash those dishes(load/unload dishwashers).

The Laundry is another possibility.

The best job if you could get it would be as a bellman> the tips are pretty good.
