Ok mainly backpacks are made for school and carrying all your stuff...How come at my school they wont even allow you to have it. They will take it from you search it Then at end of day you come get it. Then if this happens another time you get a refearl. Is there a way i can take my backpack to school. I mean they give us to much stuff to hold on are own anyways..

I would get a note from your Doctor, prescribing you use of your backpack due to our back problems.

I know when I was in middle school, they didn't let us carry backpacks because the hallways were too crowded. It sounds like they don't want you carrying backpacks at your school becaue of security reasons, and unfortunately in our world today, there's a reason for it.
If it really is a problem, try talking to your principal or someone and see what can be done about allowing students to carry their backpacks. If you are polite, and present your case calmly and rationally, there's no reason why they shouldn't consider allowing you all to carry them. Maybe they could start it off by allowing you all to at least carry your backpacks in and out of school everyday and put it in your lockers for the rest of the time (that's what we had to do sometimes). But just talk to your administration and maybe you can change it.

I have the same problem and it is just crazy!My locker is at the end of the Earth and all my teachers want me to have a seperate binder for their class.
