Well, being that I am not you, I really can't tell you which experience would be good to write about. As a senior in high school, though, I can sympathize with your plight, so allow me to impart some words of wisdom:
Take something mildly interesting that happened to you and keep that as the core occurrence of the story. Then you rewrite everything around that central core and embellish everything to a ridiculous degree.
--For example, when I was a freshman, we had to write a similar paper, and I chose to write about how I fractured my kneecap in kindergarten. In actual fact, all that happened was that I was born and idiot and 5 years later thought that jumping off of a wooden privacy fence was a good idea. In the paper though, I had been in the park one day when I noticed some suspicious activity and ultimately wound up thwarting a plot to dump anthrax into the public pool, fracturing two ribs, a kneecap, and getting shot three times in the process. For my act of heroism I was awarded a non-wartime Congressional Medal of Honor.
--Do you at all see what I'm getting at? I'm not just yankin' your chain here either -- if your English teacher has any sense of humor whatsoever, he/she will absolutely love it; I have never met one who didn't (actually there have been two, but they both hated me anyway, so I don't think the humor was their point of contention).

OK....first of all think of the most exiting thing u eva did...travel...first kiss...something ur freind did that was very funny and so on. Then just wright it all down (using impressive words and some humor) and make it as interesting as possible.
Good luck with the paper!

write about something that happened that was really funny. One time I was in church and I was wearing fake press on nails you buy in a drug store. I ran my hand thru my hair and one nail came off and got stuck in my hair. Well the nails were bright purple. I tried to tell my mom but she could not see it and thought I was imagiaing it...she did see it finally and pulled it out. The worst part was my arch enemy was behind me and saw the whole thing.....at 15 that is a very embarassing thing to happen.....

Think of embarrasing stuff you've done, stuff with your friends, ect. Just think about times in your life that you've loved so far. Like I was sooo proud of myself when i passed AP Psychology with an A. ahah.
alliteration: sally sat by the sea shore (repetition of s)
assonance: would not (repetition of o)
