i have a green anole and the shop were i bought it at HAS NO FOOD FOR IT FOR RIGHT NOW CAN I FEED IT COCKROCHES

Yes, as long as the cockroaches have not been poisoned, which I don't know how likely that is. But cockroaches are very nutritious for lizards.

Yes, in fact it is very common. Make sure the roach is not too large though because it may cause a compaction.

that would depend on the size of the roach never feed your lizard anything bigger than half of its head.
