That would be Pyramid Head! He's one of the few obviously masculine monsters in Silent Hill.
Also know as "Red Pyramid Thing."
Pyramid Head actually does not have a link to the original Silent Hill, his appearence came in subsequent games.

that was the "red pyramid" or "pyramid head." It is one or the other. Between the movie and the game, he is called both, but I haven't played the game in a while, and I haven't watched the movie in like a month so I don't remember. Trust me though, its one of the two. I'm a huge silent hill fan.
I just checked, it is pyramid head in the movie, the red pyramid in the game. Hope this helps. (BTW it was just one guy/character, there arent more pyramid heads)

he is pyramid head.he is a punisher commanded by alessa.in the game i believe you fight 2 of them at the same time(Silent Hill 2).and they an incarnation from jame's consciousness that feels he deserves punishment.
