First off, Cartman. Definitely. Stewie's Rex Harrison accent and the fact that he is a baby is somewhat funny, but the gimmick wears off pretty quickly. Saying "what the duce" and trying to kill lois isn't that funny. Cartman, on the other hand, is hilarious. He is an extreme psycopath- killing Scott tenorman's parents, dressing as hitler and leading a mob against the jews, leading the gingers to commit genocide on non-gingers... funny stuff. he always has something fresh and controversial. Secondly, south park is funnier than family guy- hands down.
