Since it contains about 10% of your daily carbs, quite a bit of sugar, and a fair amount of calories, I wouldn't drink it on a daily basis. You'd better off drinking skim milk.

Normally I would say that it would depend on what diet you were on. But, this is clearly a no-no regardless. Whether you're doing low-carb or low-calorie, canned coconut juice is pure sugar. Why waste calories or carbs on a drink when you could eat something that might actually fill you up? Eat a healthy snack instead, and drink water. Water is by far the best thing for any diet, no matter what.

Absolutely not! Avoid coconut of any kind, the poor coconut pickers are paid slave wages, they have no health care or retirement plan. Boycott coconuts and only eay what you grow in your own garden or orchard.
