I would have to say mind first, then personality, then body.
because if i am not mentally stimulated i become bored real quick, not matter how sexy they are. Body third cause even though we may be sexy now, we all eventually will look like a wrinkly piece of skin in a beige cardigan!

What attracts me in the first place is looks, body, etc.
Once I get to know the person, I look more at personality, attitude, etc.
My girlfriend and I get well together, she looks great and we never fight!
