well it is your call. the law can't tell you to stay with someone when your pregnant.if you want what is best for your child i would stay together.but remember either way he still needs to pay child support. Good Luck!

Its possible but any child custody or support matters will have to wait til the baby is born so it might be just as well to wait til then. Also put the fathers name on the birth certificate or face losing child support

You can get a divorce when ever you want. Pregnant or not. You will have to return to court for custody arrangments after the baby is born.

My boyfriend lived in Indiana for awhile, and he said it is perfectly legal to get a divorce anytime you want to, pregnant or not.

ok heres your answer,yes you can get a divorce,but after you file both you and your spouse will have to go to what is called parenting class,before divorce decree is final

You can file for divorce from anyone you are married to. You can even abort the fetus if you want... your bod, your decision, your divorce.
