The worst...well I think that a president who doesn't do anything is worse than one who tries without succeeding. With that said, I will NOT SAY GWB...true, he's not wholly successful, but he has made a difference in the world. My vote goes to William Howard Taft, who did absolutely nothing for this country. But if we are judging by who was most threatening to the USA, I'd say Bill Clinton. China is the fastest-growing threat to America, and he just gave them more info to help them along.

Wow, Judas went out on a limb, but I have to go along with him, Jackson had absolutely no regard for human rights, especially those of Native Americans, he was directly responsible for the deaths of more people than even George W.
