Stuck in Elder Scrolls IV?

Question

What are you supposed to do at the elven district at high noon? I've destroyed 5 oblivion gates so far, but should i be concentrating on figuring out the message in those 4 books first?

There is a tomb that has a map that lights up and shows you your next objective. Make sure you are paying attention to your compass and look for a mausoleum. You'll find what your are looking for on the side of it. And make sure you're there exactly at noon. It's only active for about 15 to 30 minutes game time.
