if u dig like REALLY REALLY REALLY far down in the earth is there a layer of diamond like dirt but with diamond????

Diamonds seems to be associated with specific soil and geological formations, or they would be much more prevelent in the world. So, don't start digging unless you have done some geology on what is there.

It depends. Diamonds are only found in kimberlite pipes. Kimberlites are types of rocks that are very old that have undergone extreme heat and pressure. Naturally, diamond miners look for diamonds in these types of rocks and from alluvial deposits where kimberlite pipes are found. Africa, due to the presence of many kimberlite pipes has one of the biggest diamond deposits in the world.
