what is pipping?

The only definition I know for pipping has to do with chuickens coming out of eggs so I need some help on the latest word meanings here, please.
In general though to make anybody pay damages for any wrong doing you need proof that they did it. If you have proof then you can look in the phone book the number for the county bar association which is like the lawyers union kind of and ask for the names and numbers of lawyers that handle suits for damages when a child has been done wrong. These lawyers will generally work on "contingency" which is a lawyer type word that means they get money only if they get money for you. Kind of like commission.
It might help too to talk to other parents or even run and ad or a letter to the editor in the newspaper asking other parents whose children have been pipped to get in touch with you. If you can prove it happened to other kids that gives you a stronger case and it also sort of warns other folks that the store has done this so take extra care of their kids.

I don't understand what pipping is.
If it's a legal matter, can you discuss it with the police first?
I do know that any 'consultation' with a lawyer is free for the first hour, you can try that as well.
