there are several things that need petitioning at my school but everytime someone makes one everyone gets suspended and in trouble apparently cuz there not legal so how can i make one that they cant get me in trouble for?

The petition itself is not illegal. Circulating it at the school is most likely what people are being suspended for.

Any form of petition is considered legal. The freedom of speech is banned in your school/

It depends on the type of school you go to (public or private) and what grade level r u referring to.
