if the tv is already on, then i watch tv until i fall sleep, then in the middle of the night, i will turn off the tv, but sometimes i listen to music with headphones because i share a room. but i play a song that is slow and calming, i won't listen to something that will cause me to dance while im laying down.

it really works , except that it works a little well cause then its hard for me to get up in the morning for the school bus.

I watch tv, come on here, listen to music. I haven't been able to sleep a lot lately so I have been doing all these things a lot.

I read a book. There is no TV in my bedroom because it greatly disrupts my sleep. Calm, peaceful music is also good when I'm suffering badly from insomnia that night.
No one should have a TV in their bedroom, even though about everybody does.

All of the above. (But not on the same night.) Depends on how restless i am at the time. If i really don't feel like sleeping i hit the Internet and leave tons of meaningless messages on my friends IM. So they will have something to read in the morning.

All of the above
when I was still working,I`d just get up and go to work in the middle of the night, used to do that a lot.
now, there`s rarely a night where I can`t sleep but rather people won`t LET me sleep (boyfriend snoring...baby waking up every hour....)
