OMG! you are so pretty, and i understand what ur saying. i've never had a bf either and when i talked about it with one of my fav. guys, he said that i intimidated a lot of guys cus i was so hot, smart, etc. i got a bf by hanging around my best guy and his friends, so that they got to know i wasn't some angel that couldn't be obtanined. i ended up dating my best guy, and we've been together for 6mo. just be urself and let guys know ur available, but NEVER act like a ditz, guys only date those girls for a couple of weeks and then get bored...

First of all, it would help to know how old you are. Some of the pictures make you look like you're 14 and some like you're 30. Obviously these two ages, and many in between, would require different responses, but this is what I have for you right now:
I think there's a chance you may be trying to hard. If you want - more than anything - to be kissed and have a boyfriend, sometimes you may come off a little desperate. Once you realize that you just need to relax and let things happen naturally, you'll see that guys will take more notice.

Well, how old are you? If you are 15, this is NOT a problem even though it seems like it - give it time, it will happen. If you are 25, you need to get out to places where you can meet decent people.
I don't see anything wrong with your looks, by the way - actually I think you are nice looking, although that shouldn't matter.
