I've found a few stories about 10-year olds who were college students. There may be younger ones, but it would take some digging. The woman the other person talked about is at the University of Pennsylvania, which is in Philadelphia, not at Philadelphia University. I've known a number of people who were younger than that personally, so if she is breaking a record, it is only at that school.

There is presently a young Black woman who is 15 years old. I can't put my finger on what her name is. The University of Philadelphia is her college of choice with a full scholarship. I wish her well. Peace and God Bless.
