Busy Bee is full of crap. First line from USC's test score section has "GMAT: We require the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), because it provides a uniform and standardized way of evaluating all candidates. We will not waive the GMAT under any circumstances nor will we accept the results of any other graduate school entrance exam in its place."

And the other person that had U of Phoenix and reputable in the same sentence, I just am speechless.
Too many idiots on this site.

With that said, no good school will let you in without taking the GMAT's. Why would they? What are your reasons for not taking them? Now think, are those reasons characteristics of a good graduate student? Probably not.

Under certain circumstances reputable universities will accept your GRE score in substitution for the GMAT. You have to contact the admissions office and ask for this variance.
Otherwise, on-line universitites will not ask for a GMAT score. University of Pheonix is one of such.
Don't get too worked up over studying for the GMAT. It's not as bad as you think and most schools don't use the GMAT as their sole determinant for admissions.

If you find one, don't go there. No respected MBA program would admit anyone without the GMAT.

I know USC will accept you without a GMAT if you pass other exams like CPA exams or something
