That is wonderful that you have such a strong dream. That's very good, because acting takes dedication and determination. Just remember to keep trying.
First of all, do NOT go to those free audition websites, especially the ones you have to pay for. Those sites are mostly scam sites, that are trying to steal your money. Legitimate auditions are not posted on the web. You usually have to go through an agent or someone else who works in the business, to find out about auditions for tv, movies, etc. However, you can find auditions for plays in your area by going to theaters around you. Often there are youth drama groups that you can join.
To get an agent, you are going to need experience acting. Agents are important for finding bigger roles, but to get one, you already need to be active. This means small roles, acting class, workshops, etc.
I do recommend taking at least one acting class. Sometimes local colleges and community colleges have programs or classes that younger people can be involved in and take during weekends or during the summer. Look into something like that. Acting classes can help fine tune your acting abilities and also give you needed experience.
I'm sorry. I don't live in GA so I don't know of any local places you can go. Remember that anyone can act if they have the heart for it. There are local agents everywhere.
It's a very good thing that your parents are supportive. Having that support can make it less stressful to break into the business.
I can recommend two great acting books if you are interested. One is my textbook for Acting, so it is a bit pricey, but it is really good. I have provided an amazon link for each book.

O.K.. First, bettas are labrynth fish, that means they have a unique organ in them permitting them to breath atmospheric air. Your fish is just not loss of life from lack of oxygen. 2d, as long as the tank is a smaller one(1 or 2 gallons) you don't need to worry about a heater or filter as long as you clean the tank on a weekly foundation, doing away with 1/2 the water and changing it with water that is also room temperature. Your betta in general was once seeking to get to know his stipulations and tank the day before today, and might not be probably the most active fish. As long as he's upright and suggests curiosity in things, he'll be good enough. If you are very worried about him, take a small reflect and show it to him. If he flares up and tries to attack his reflection, he is feeling best, if he does not, then both you have got a placid betta, or he's not feeling good. Don't leave the replicate there at all times, although, in view that he'll kill himself trying to kill his reflection. Can he see himself anyplace now? If he can, he may be exhausted from trying to vanquish his reflection, and if that is the case, the reflective floor must be eliminated. Don't fuss with the tank too much, though, since adding new water and new surroundings may also stress him out and have a negative outcomes on his health.

Ok, I'm 15 and am working on my 8th production right now.
I'm playing Rizzo in Grease.
What you need to do is go on the internet and search for community theater auditions in your area. You sound like you aren't very experienced so you need to start there.

I've listed 3 drama schools in GA, don't know if you're nearby, but they are reputable schools.
If your community has a children's theater or community theater audition every chance you get. They are the best places to get hands on experience.
