No it's not a trick question. You are correct in thinking it is 6030 cubic inches or 18.2^3.

Take your equality
1 cubit = 18.2 inches
(This makes it a Greek Kirenaika cubit -- there are so many cubits out there)

Cube BOTH sides
(1 cubit)^3 = (18.2 inches)^3

Distribute the cube inside the brakets
1^3 cubit ^3 = 18.2^3 inches^3
1^3 = 1
18.2^3 = 6028.568
cubit^3 = cubic cubit
inches^3 =cubic inches

1 cubic cubit = 6028.6 cubic inches.

(Using the Kirenaika cubit of 18.23 inches, we'd get 6058)

18.2^3 = 6028.568 so the answer is, from your four alternatives, 4) 6030 cubic inches.
