As there is no word Parites in any language translator I can find, Unless this is some odd dialect, I will assume you meant parties.
Lalana, in her usual thorough way, has provided an excellent list of activities in the San Antonio area. If you are looking for nightclub type activities, then I would suggest you look at the San Antonio Current Magazine :

They have a listing of local clubs/bars and the entertainment schedule for San Antonio. They also have some interesting articles, and often have reviews of local restaurants. It is probably the best site to look at currently. We used to publish a competing magazine in the 90s that had the same information, but sold it years ago.
