if so i think it's hilarious. these people are mad spending that much money when some of them jus need to loose a couple of pounds. if i had money like that i'd get a personal trainer and work my **** off!
one bloke wanted to be ricky martin and had his nose and chin bone chisled. that is extreme cos still looked the same.
