How was I to know she is a girl!!! ???

I got into trouble earlier today for saying he/she in an avatar thingy. But the name was sexless and there was nothing on the profile. Should we be putting a gender identifier on profiles or in names?

Sometimes its hard to tell but in time you get to know who your contacts are! you know I AM WOMAN :)
