would a bunch of fish float to the top???
and for how long would it last ,for how big of an area would it be in???

The last time someone asked this question, the concensus of answers was that it was possible for a bunch of fish to float to the top, but that the "cone of effect" where the WATTAGE delivered to the fish was strong enough to kill or stun was fairly limited, so there is a good chance that there would not be any fish in the affected volume.
