The same way as France and Germany could become monarchies again: In a fair referendum.

The number of republicans in the UK equals that of the royalists/monarchists in France or Germany: 20 percent.

The republicans in Australia failed in a referendum in 1999 to abolish the monarchy and are still licking their wounds after that defeat.

I suppose the usual way would be to put forward a Bill in Parliament and Debate it. If there was not a Consenus owing to the fact that the Question was very Reactionary and Devisive it would have to be put forward to the People in a Plebiscite or Referendum and Vote whether Britain wanted to Eject the Royal Family. Then if there was a Majority Decision the Monarch would be asked to Abdicate, then the fun would start there might be another Civil War. If there was a Majority Vote then it is Legal and she should go
in theory but in Practice who knows.
