I've been doing some research looking to see what common pregnancy fears are, most of them are financial, fear of death while delivering, labor and delivery, etc. but these are not my fears. I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I just have these constant fears of whether or not my baby is ok currently in the womb, and if he's wrapping the cord around his neck, what if he's a still born? Do I have enough fluid? Is the cup of coffee I had the other morning going to be harmful? Obviously this is my first child, and I'm driving myself nuts. Is this normal? How can I deal w/ it? I don't want to drive my Dr nuts asking him these probably silly questions. Any advice/suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Get a copy of What to Expect When You're Expecting. It will answer EVERY question you will ever have and calm your worries. That's why they wrote that book - to specifically help mothers worry less.

The best way to combat fears is to educate yourself and talk to those who have experience with pregnancy and birth.

So you've come to a good place here! If you have any specific things you want to ask about, ask the mothers here. We'll share what we've learned.

Its normal. I am 39 weeks with my 4rth child and I worry about it too.
Try to focus on after that baby gets here. The excitement the joy and fun. Do things to take your mind off of it. Getting their room ready making a baby blanket ect.
Your baby will be fine! Enjoy being pregnant it is such a short time! Congrats!!

it's very normal to feel This way, I'm pregnant with my 4th and i still feel this way between ultrasounds. try getting one of those monitors you can hear the heart beat with and some good q&a pregnantcy books. if all else fails remember you pay your dr. to answer any questions you have, so what if they go nuts you're not the first or the last to ask them.
