Well, if it is truly unsolicited, and mailed to you, there is no obligation to pay for it. I wouldn't get too used to using them though as it could be someone (a "friend") putting you on a mailing list or signing your name. I would report it to police if the items seem pricy. You may have a problem later if you don't, especially if they are not "trial" sizes.
