If traditional remedies like Tylenol, massages and warm baths don't help, you might consider going to a chiropractor that is licensed to treat expectant mothers.

Never having been pregnant, and being a man, I'm no expert on the prenatal experience. However pain is no stranger to my door as I was a competitive runner and training was tough on the knees. This little gem still rings true. Get a couple one pound bags of frozen peas and dedicate them to pain relief. Stick a bag on your back and it will conform to your contours and when it loses it cool refreeze it and use the other. Twenty minutes on and twenty off used to do the trick for me.

Good luck with everything!
Don't eat the peas ; )

well a heating pad normally works, just lie down on ur bed with your feet propped up with a pillow. Place the heating pat underneath you wherever it hurts, and rest for about an hour. If you have a headache, try a hot, semi-damp rag over your forhead or a cool rag over your eyes.
