Is there a fourth dimension? If so, is the fourth dimension the spirit world as taught in the Bible?

Einstein described one more dimension, he called it 'time'. However, given the fact that 'time' is something made up by man to measure change, I tend to dislike the concept of 'time' as the fourth dimension. Why?
Because if you are working in two dimensions, then you can consider time as the third dimension....

So a more correct way of answering your question would be, yes, there are more dimensions out there than those we can perceive, in fact, a very famous theory indicates that there might be as much as 11 dimensions. One of them can be considered to be time.

Yes, there is a fourth dimension. It's known as 'time'. The three spacial dimensions and time make up the four dimensional Minkowski space that we live in.

When physicists talk about other dimensions (say, the 17 dimensions for string theory), they aren't talking about dimensions in the manner that Buffy does - they aren't places you can go to. Mostly, they are vibrational modes of a particle. Not another world.

the 4th dimension as we know it is time.

the 4th SPATIAL dimension would be impossible for us to understand with our current brain capacity. if you were to plot out a 4 dimensional universe like a 3 dimensional graph (with and X a Y and a Z) you would have to find another dimension perpendicular to all of those.

and as for the dude that says there are 26 different dimensions. he obviously hasnt kept up on the fact that string theory is slowly being disproven.

but according to string theory, m-theory and their different versions there are either 10, 11, or 26 dimensions. but like i said, their slowly being disproven

According to some freak scientific theory/hypothesis (I cant remember what it was), it has 11 dimensions, one of which being time, and each point in the universe isnt further from other than some X x 10^-50 metres, i cant remember the exact measure.

Hi. The fourth dimension is time. Time is your creator. So, sorta.

There are 26 theoretically proven (I know it makes no sense but thats the best way to describe it) dimensions, and there could be many more.

And no one knows-we haven't been to it. All we know is that it exists.
