Joba
Ian
Philip
I dont think we've scratched the surface with Joba. He's being used as a relief pitcher but he should be starting.
Ian showed a lot of poise on Friday. he could have gotten rattled with the error but he hung in and got the win.
Philip need to regain the confidence he had when he first came up. He's had a tough 3 starts.

1) Joba Chamberlain - He has nasty stuff and will be a dominant closer when Rivera retires.

2) Phillip Hughes - Starter with very good stuff. He should be an ace for years.

3) Ian Kennedy - I've heard great things about him, but right now I just haven't seen him enough. He does have amazing potential though.

Joba Chamberlain...He is the best of the young pitchers in the league. He has yet to give up even one measly run!
