every time i put a disk in the disk drive the program wont start and i tried doing run program in my computer but it doesnt give the option

Hey sweety, since I'm having the same problem you are, I just called gateway, and they had to talk me through fixing it. (You may not have a gateway, but it's the same reason). Basically, when I installed my printer, some software downloaded to my program and was causing it unable to be able to read the driver. You need to call whatever computer company you go through's technical support, and they will talk you through the steps on how to fix it. I don't remember half of what he said, or else I'd type it for you on y!Answers. Mail me with your type of computer, and I'll try to find the number for you.
