I am a Scorpio with Moon in Taurus and Sagittarius Rising. I was born on November 2, 1990 at 8:15 AM. However, I was supposed to be born two weeks prior to this, but there was some technical mix-up. My due date was on October 19 and I would have been born around the same time. I was wondering if being born on the wrong date could affect the astrological personality of the person. I can add information if it's needed.

Please note that I did not mean I do not like my natal chart. I was curious about the possible effects this might have, such as having personality traits that conflict with the astrological chart.

There are no wrong dates. The time you were able to breathe your first independent breath of air is the time your natal chart is set. You can look at your prenatal eclipse chart, your prenatal syzygy (new or full moon), and use the Trutine of Hermes to calculate your time of conception, to further explore the gestation period of your developing body. Through these tools, you can see the reasons why you were born when you were born.
Regardless of the reasons why, you were definitely born at the right time for your soul, which connected with incarnated life when you drew your first independent breath. Your unfolding life is revealed by the secondary progressions, firdaria and profections, as well as transits, based on your natal chart.
If you really don't like your natal chart, you can move to a new place where a troublesome planet is away from the angles, or a strongly protective planet is brought out of an obscure position and into a powerful place (like the MC). But no matter where you go, there you are, and your natal chart will always be your fundamental reference point. Relocating can ease your chart's difficult aspects, but it doesn't replace the natal chart.
The best thing to do is to learn to love your natal chart, even appreciating the challenging parts. Therein lies the path to inner peace and self-acceptance.
Best wishes,

There is no point trying to convince the doubters, is there? An astrological chart is drawn for your exact time and place of birth. It, like you, is unique ( actually the complete cycle will take 25,920 years so a new 'you' could be born again!). Leo's are not all egoistic megalomaniacs. We all have an ego, just like we all have the qualities signified by the other 11 signs to some degree or other. A chart is a combination of SYMBOLIC representations of what we are and will become. Your Sun sign ( or Moon sign or Mars sign) is just one part of that complete picture.

Personally I think that astrology has a scientific explanation, one that we haven't figured out yet. I suspect it will have to do with the magnetic fields of all the planets and especially the sun. For example, the sun gives off enormous amounts of energy in the solar wind, a constant stream of electro-magnetic energy that fills our whole solar system. This solar wind can be seen affecting the earth's atmosphere with the northern and southern lights. The movement of the planets could be likened to stones tossed in a pool - there are predictable patterns as they move around in this solar wind, and this is perceived by humans as how it affects us as individuals.
So, in this theory, the moment the baby is separated from the mother, it is no longer shielded from this electro-magnetic "weather" (whatever position the planets are at that moment, i.e. your natal horoscope) by the bioelectric field of the mother's nervous system. At this moment, the baby is somehow imprinted with this electromagnetic signature of the solar system.
This makes sense to me, hope you find it interesting too!

There is no such thing as "supposed to be, or being born on a wrong date." Your soul comes into this world by what ever means when it chooses, or not to, as in the case of abortion. You and you alone know what is best for you and what time to come into this world will fulfill your soul's purpose and reason for being here. There is no wrong time to be born or not born.
